25 września PAP Biznes podał, że według jego źródła rynkowego książka popytu na akcje Allegro jest pokryta 10-krotnie przy cenie maksymalnej 43 zł. Wynosiła 12,3 mln, wobec 10,9 mln rok wcześniej i 11,4 mln na koniec ub.r. W harmonogramie debiutu giełdowego Allegro zapisano, że pierwszy dzień notowań spółki na warszawskiej giełdzie przypadnie 12 października lub w zbliżonym terminie. Spółka miała 6,17 mld zł zobowiązań kredytowych, wobec 6,34 mld zł rok wcześniej.

Allegro należy do funduszy Cinven, Permira i Mid Europa. Dodatkowo w IPO zostanie zaoferowanych do 163,6 mln już istniejących akcji należących do obecnych akcjonariuszy. W sprzedaży akcji wezmą udział Cidinan S.à r.l., Permira VI Investment Platform Limited i Mepinan S.à r.l. Oraz grupa dyrektorów i członków kadry kierowniczej Allego.

Akcjonariusze Allegro chcą sprzedać ok. 15 proc. akcji, oferta warta 6,6-8,1 mld zł

Dziś zaczyna się składanie zapisów na akcje Allegro. Oferta może być warta nawet ponad 9 mld zł, a do wolnego obrotu ma trafić przynajmniej 18,26 proc. Spółka debiut na giełdzie planuje na 12 października.

Inwestorom detalicznym przydzielono łącznie 9,3 mln akcji, a instytucjonalnym – 236,2 mln. Za każdą akcję zapłacono 43 zł, tym samym wartość oferty to 10,56 mld zł. Według danych zamieszczonych w prospekcie emisyjnym w pierwszej połowie br. Do 1,77 mld zł, a przy wzroście kosztów operacyjnych o 81,3 proc. Do 981,6 mln zł jego zysk netto poszedł w górę ze 195,7 do 289,6 mln zł. Zdecydowaną większość przychodów firmy stanowią wpływy z opłat i prowizji na platformie Allegro.

W wysokości 55% w trakcie pierwszych 12 miesięcy uczestnictwa w programie – opisano. Wartość produktów sprzedanych na platformie (GMV) poszła natomiast w górę z 10,36 do 16,01 mld zł. Firma zwróciła uwagę, że ta wartość w 2018 roku zwiększyła się o 13,9 proc., a w ub.r.

• Obecnie właścicielami Allegro są fundusze Permira, Mid Europa Partners i Cinven.
• Z kolei po 360 dniach od debiutu każdy pracownik Allegro, który nie dostał dotąd walorów spółki w ramach programów inwestycyjnych, dostanie prawo do objęcia 233 akcji (przy cenie 43 zł wartych 10 tys. zł).
• Wartość produktów sprzedanych na platformie (GMV) poszła natomiast w górę z 10,36 do 16,01 mld zł.
• Ponadprzeciętnie często korzystają z Allegro – odwiedzają platformę 1,4 razy częściej niż pozostali użytkownicy i składają 2,5 razy więcej zamówień niż osoby nieposiadające abonamentu.
• W celu ułatwienia nabywania akcji przez inwestorów detalicznych stworzono konsorcjum składające się z 13 banków i domów maklerskich w Polsce.

Jej zysk EBITDA zwiększył się rok do roku z 577,4 do 739,4 mln zł, natomiast w przypadku Ceneo ten wskaźnik wzrósł z 49,9 do 60,7 mln zł. Znacząco wzrosły też inne kategorie kosztów firmy, m.in. Wydatki pracownicze (ze 181,5 do 264,6 mln zł), koszty płatności (z 67,6 do 74,2 mln zł) oraz usług IT (z 17,6 do 27,2 mln zł). Wpływy reklamowe platformy Allegro zwiększyły się z 70,4 do 122,9 mln zł, a przychody handlowe (czyli z własnego sklepu działającego na platformie) – z 37,2 do 82,6 mln zł. Allegro to najpopularniejszy serwis e-commerce w Polsce. Według badania Gemius/PBI w maju zanotowało 18,38 mln realnych użytkowników, 1,76 mld odsłon oraz 16 minut i 33 sekundy średniego dobowego czasu korzystania przez odwiedzającego, a aplikacja mobilna Allegro – 4,83 mln użytkowników.

Przyczynia się do intensywniejszego korzystania z platformy zarówno przez nabywców, jak i sprzedawców. Obecnie właścicielami Allegro są fundusze Permira, Mid Europa Partners i Cinven. Po debiucie giełdowym firmy przez 180 dni nie będą mogły sprzedawać jej kolejnych akcji. Natomiast walory posiadane przez dyrektorów i członków wyższej kadry kierowniczej spółki oraz akcje przyznane w ramach programów inwestycyjnych będą objęte zakazem sprzedaży przez 360 dni od debiutu.

Harmonogram IPO

To największy debiut w historii warszawskiej giełdy. W ramach debiutu giełdowego Allegro oferowane jest maksymalnie 28,57 mln nowych akcji i do 163,6 mln istniejących w przedziale cenowym od 35 do 43 zł za sztukę. Inwestorzy indywidualni będą mogli zapisywać się na akcje po 43 zł od środy.

Zysk operacyjny zwiększył się z 408,2 do 560,4 mln zł, zysk brutto – z 246,3 do 376,7 mln zł, a zysk netto – ze 195,7 do 289,6 mln zł. Do Allegro należą też porównywarka cenowa Ceneo. Jej półroczne przychody z usług porównywarkowych poszły w górę z 74,6 do 102 mln zł, a z reklam – z 19 do 19,8 mln zł.

W celu złożenia zapisu niezbędne jest posiadanie otwartego rachunku papierów wartościowych w banku lub domu maklerskim będącym członkiem tego konsorcjum. Pozostałe do 163,6 mln akcji Allegro chcą sprzedaż jego obecni właściciele. Fundusze Cidinan i Permira oferują po ok. 7 proc. Obecnych walorów spółki, a Mepinan – ok. 1,5 proc. (ostateczne wartości będą zależeć od ceny sprzedawanych walorów). W celu ułatwienia nabywania akcji przez inwestorów detalicznych stworzono konsorcjum składające się z 13 banków i domów maklerskich w Polsce.

Obecnie przy cenie 35 zł za akcję kapitalizacja Allegro wynosi 35 mld zł, a przy cenie 43 zł – 43 mld zł. Przy dodaniu walorów z nowej emisji wycena spółki wzrośnie odpowiednio do 36 i 44,2 mld zł. Przy cenie 43 zł za akcję wartość sprzedawanych akcji Allegro (bez ewentualnego pakietu dla Morgan Stanley) wynosi 8,08 cargill restarts operations mld zł, a przy cenie 35 zł – 6,57 mld zł. Cenę jednostkową akcji Allegro wyznaczono w przedziale od 35 do 43 zł. Ostateczna cena i ostateczna liczba oferowanych walorów zostaną ustalone na podstawie budowy księgi popytu wśród inwestorów instytucjonalnych. – 2,1 mln (czyli 17 proc. wszystkich aktywnych kupujących na platformie).

Z platformy korzysta już około 12,3 mln aktywnych kupujących. Allegro osiągnęło wzrost przychodów netto z 1,17 do 1,77 mld zł oraz skorygowanego zysku EBITDA z 631 do 808 mln zł. Firma zamierza przeznaczyć wpływy netto z emisji nowych akcji, wraz z kredytami w ramach nowej linii kredytowej, na spłatę istniejącego zadłużenia w celu poprawy dźwigni finansowej netto oraz na ogólne cele korporacyjne.

Jeszcze mocniej, ponad dwukrotnie, poszły w górę koszty usług marketingowych (ze 126,6 do 273,3 mln zł), dostaw (ze 104,4 do 246,2 mln zł) oraz sprzedanych towarów (z 36,6 do 82,3 mln zł). Wpływy reklamowe platformy Allegro zwiększyły się z 70,4 do 122,9 mln zł, a przychody handlowe (czyli z własnego sklepu działającego na platformie) – z 37,2 do 82,6 mln zł. Spółką z największą kapitalizacją na stołecznym parkiecie giełdowym jest producent gier CD Projekt. Według kursu z zamknięcia handlu w poniedziałek kapitalizacja spółki wynosiła 41,29 mld zł.

Abstractly speaking, the purpose of backpropagation is to train a neural network to make better predictions through supervised learning. More fundamentally, the goal of backpropagation is to determine how model weights and biases should be adjusted to minimize error as measured by a “loss function”. For now, we’ll focus on the output unit representing the correct prediction, which we’ll call Lc. Lc’s activation function is a composite function, containing the many nested activation functions of the entire neural network from the input layer to the output layer.

Hidden Unit Error

We use the color for data/activations being passed forward through the network. All these arrays represent the gradient at a single operating point, namely that of the current value of the data and parameters. We will use the color to indicate free parameters, which are set via learning and are not the result of any other processing.

That equation for z is therefore part of the activation functions in the next layer and, by extension, also part of every activation function for any neurons in any subsequent layer. Neurons in the “input layer” receive input data, usually as a vector embedding, with each input neuron receiving an individual feature of the input vector. For example, a model that works with 10×10 pixel grayscale images will typically have 100 neurons in its input layer, with each input neuron corresponding to an individual pixel.

9 Backpropagation to the Data

The activation function through its derivative plays a crucial role in computing these gradients during Back Propagation. Another consideration in gradient descent is how often to update weights. One option is to compute the gradients for every example in the training data set, then take an average of those gradients and use it to update parameters.

Vanishing/Exploding Gradient Problem

Neural networks that have more than one layer, such as multilayer perceptrons (MLPs), on the other hand, must be trained using methods that can change the weights and biases in the hidden layers as well. Another interesting property, which we already pointed out previously, is that the backward network only consists of linear layers. This is true no matter what the forward network consists of (even if it is not a conventional neural network but some arbitrary computation graph). The reason why this happens is because backprop implements the chain rule, and the chain rule is always a product of Jacobian matrices. But more intuitively, you can think of each Jacobian as being a locally linear approximation to the loss surface; hence each can be represented with a linear layer. Modern deep neural networks, often with dozens of hidden layers each containing many neurons, might comprise thousands, millions or—in the case of most large language models (LLMs)—billions of such adjustable parameters.

5 Backpropagation Over Data Batches

We start at the error node and move back one node at a time taking the partial derivative of the current node with respect to the node in the preceding layer. Each term is chained onto the preceding term to get the total effect, this is of course the chain rule. There are a few interesting things about this forward-backward network. One is that activations from the relu layers get transformed to become parameters of a linear layer of the backward network (see Equation 14.7).

Instead, there’s a clever trick for speeding up the process in a way that involves more total gradient descent steps but much less time for each one. The final equations in matrix notation are shown in figure 6 where I’ve used capital letters to denote the matrix/vector form of the variable. The first two terms on the right hand side are re-factored to a delta term. As we trace the preceding layers out these terms will occur repeatedly so it makes sense to calculate them once and store it as the delta variable for future use.

Defining Neural Network

So you really could build something amazing without knowing a thing about it. In the same vain you could also drive your car, as many of us do, without the faintest idea of how an engine really works. You don’t have to think about it and can still drive without issue…that is until you’re broken down on the side of the road. Then you sure wish you understood something about what’s going on under the hood. Visualizations like this are a useful way to figure out what visual features a given neuron is sensitive to. Researchers often combine backpropagation tutorial this visualization method with a natural image prior in order to find an image that not only strongly activates the neuron in question but also looks like a natural photograph (e.g., 3). Consider the simplest case of a single feedback loop from one neuron to itself. The effect of the connecting weight is equivalent to connecting to a copy of the same RNN (with identical weights and biases). Of course, since the second copy of the RNN has the same feedback loop, it can be unrolled to a third, fourth, fifth copy, etc. The effect of feeding the entire vector x(0)x(0) into the unrolled model is equivalent to feeding the data points (x1,x2,x3,…,xn)(x1,x2,x3,…,xn) sequentially into the RNN. In the simplest such model, one feedback loop connects a single neuron with itself.

• Doing this for all your tens of thousands of training examples, and averaging all the results, gives you the total cost of the network.
• The effect of feeding the entire vector x(0)x(0) into the unrolled model is equivalent to feeding the data points (x1,x2,x3,…,xn)(x1,x2,x3,…,xn) sequentially into the RNN.
• To do so requires training on a large number of samples that reflect the diversity and range of inputs the model will be tasked with making predictions on post-training.

Machine Learning Practice

It works by propagating errors backward through the network, using the chain rule of calculus to compute gradients and then iteratively updating the weights and biases. Combined with optimization techniques like gradient descent, backpropagation enables the model to reduce loss across epochs and effectively learn complex patterns from data. In this post we calculated the backpropagation algorithm for some simplified examples in detail. The general concept of calculating the gradient is calculating the partial derivatives of the loss function using the chain rule. The contributions Lc receives from L-1 neurons are determined not just by the weights applied to L-1’s output values, but by the actual (pre-weight) output values themselves.

• In the remaining sections, we will still focus only on the case of backpropagation for the loss at a single datapoint.
• On the other hand, if connecting weights are too small to begin with, then training can cause them to quickly approach zero, which is called the vanishing gradient problem.
• In the backward pass, we want to update all the four model parameters – the two weights and the two biases.
• One way to change Lc’s output is to change the weights between the neurons in L-1 and Lc.
